Does Autumn & Ember test on animals?

No. We are against animal testing. Our products are cruelty-free and vegan.
Do any products contain animal-derived ingredients?

No. Our products contain no animal-derived ingredients.
Do any products use palm oil?

No. Autumn & Ember products are palm-oil free.
Do any products contain lanolin?

No. Our products do not contain lanolin.
Do any products contain ingredients derived from nuts?

Yes:
- Aleurites Moluccanus Seed Oil (Kukui Nut Oil) - a tree nut.
- Calophyllum Inophyllum Seed Oil (Tamanu) - botanically a drupe/nut seed.
This product would not be suitable for those with nut allergies. A nut-free version can be considered upon special request.
Is it possible to suddenly develop sensitive skin?

Yes. Environment, age, lifestyle, diet, allergies, hormones, clothing, jewellery and fragrances can all contribute to sensitive skin.
Is this oil suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Bakuchiol, clove, rosemary and several essential oils are commonly advised against or limited during pregnancy. We recommend consulting a doctor.
